Upon entering the room, it was not as clean as expected, but it was eventually tidy and comfortable. The greasy look on the headboard was a minor downside. The location was fantastic, offering a close proximity to the river, restaurants, and the city. The dining experience was good, yet a bit limited in hot food variety. Overall, a convenient stay with some minor room cleanliness issues.
The hotel is not right in the CBD but easy to walk to trams and very close to nice restaurants in Southbank. The rooms were clean, new, and comfortable, though slightly small. The service was satisfactory with amenities like dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. The location was convenient with clean rooms and friendly staff, ideal for our plans. The dining options were average, with room for improvement in variety, especially for those needing gluten-free choices.
The hotel provided a comfy and spacious room for waiting customers like me, ideal for a quiet stay. However, I was let down by the very small room size and the absence of expected bathrobes.
